Before applying for cancellation following are the documents required;

1. Online Application Form number and the pdf
2. Scanned copy of Bank Passbook (it should be in the name of the student only).
3. Scanned copy of the Bank Challan (Admission Fees-2021).
4. ID proof.

I have opted for the cancellation of my Admission to the first semester, session – 2021 in Syamaprasad College. I have provided the date on which I had requested cancellation of admission to this College. I understand that the date of requesting cancellation of my admission to the first semester to this College is essential to determine the quantum of refund of admission fees. I also understand that the quantum of admission fees refunded will be as per the directives issued by the competent authority/ the norms laid down by the government. I will not hold the College responsible in any manner for the above-said matter and cancellation of my admission to this College.
