It is hereby notified that Basanta Utsav will be celebrated at the Annex Campus of the college on 06.03.2023 from 1 p.m. onwards. All the students and staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching) are requested to be present on the occasion and participate in the programme.

This is to notify that Asutosh College has requisitioned the entire building for the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Semester-I (Hons./Genl./Major) Examination 2022 on the following dates :
01.03.2023, 02.03.2023, 03.03.2023, 04.03.2023, 06.03.2023, 09.03.2023, 10.03.2023, 11.03.2023, 13.03.2023 and 14.03.2023.
Therefore the classes at Main Building will start from 5.45 p.m. on the above mentioned dates.
All concerned students who have applied for OASIS scholarship (Post-Matric Scholarship to SC/ST/OBC students, Academic Year 2022-23) but till now didn’t submit the hard-copy of application form along with all original supporting documentation are hereby notified and instructed to report to the college annex building (staff room) on March 1, 2023 (Wednesday), between 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
The following documents must be submitted along with hardcopy of application form:
· Signed copy of the filled form with 1 copy of recent coloured passport photograph
· Copy of Admission receipt of current semester
· Income certificate
· Copy of the Front page of Bank passbook
· Copy of Result of last semester
· Copy of Khadyasathi card
· Copy of Aadhar card
· Copy of proof of Date of Birth (Birth certificate/Madhyamik certificate)
· Copy of Caste certificate
This notice has been issued regarding the Post Publication review/re-examination or self inspection-B.Sc/B.Com/B.A(Hons/General/Major)- Part-I & II, 2022 in accordance with the notification issued by the University of Calcutta.
All the concerned students are hereby advised to follow the schedule given in the notification.

The admit cards for the semester-1, B.A/B.Sc/B.Com (Hons, Gen & Maj) Examination – 2022 will be distributed from the Annex office counter between 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on and from 25/02/2023 (except holidays and Sunday).
Students must bring the following;
- Duly signed online examination form provided by the University of Calcutta.
- SBI Collect Examination Fees receipt.
Practical Examination Notice for Electronics General Students of Semester -1
All the students of Electronics General, Semester – I are hereby notified that the practical examination of CC/GE-1 (Network Analysis and Analog Electronics) will be held on 27th Feb, 2023 from 1 PM. Students are requested to report to the Electronics Laboratory, Annex Building, Syamaprasad College 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time with admit card and laboratory note book. No students will be allowed to sit for the examination without laboratory note book.
