Notice Regarding Fresh/Renew Application for OASIS Scholarship 2023-24

NOTICE

In reference to GO Memo No. 3187/BCW/KOL dated 11/08/2023, it is hereby notified to all concerned students of Syamaprasad College that the online application for Post-Matric Scholarship 2023–24 to SC/ST/OBC Students (OASIS) has been started and will remain open up to 31.10.2023 (Tuesday). Willing students are advised to visit the OASIS scholarship portal, see the eligibility criteria and guidelines, and complete the online application process.

How to Apply:

First, students have to submit their online application at the OASIS Portal: https://oasis.gov.in/
After online submission, they have to take a printout of the submitted form and sign on the form where it is asked to do.
They have to submit the following documents to the office of Syamaprasad College (Annexed Building) along with a hard copy of the application form:

Signed copy of the filled form with 1 copy of a recent coloured passport photograph
Copy of Admission receipt for the current semester
Income certificate issued by the competent authorities
Copy of the Front page of Bank passbook containing Bank Account No. and IFSC code clearly
Copy of Marksheet/Result of last semester/previous qualifying examination
Copy of Khadyasathi card
Copy of Aadhar card
Copy of proof of Date of Birth (Birth certificate/Madhyamik certificate)
Copy of Caste certificate
