Dr. Syamaprasad Mookherjee (6th July 1901- 23 June 1953) was an Indian Politician, barrister & academician of his time.
In 1934, at the age of 33, he became the youngest vice chancellor of the University of Calcutta (for two successive terms 1934 -1938). On (24.06.2022) Syamaprasad college will pay respect to him through an online program (9 a.m onwards) All the students, teaching & non-teaching staff are requested to join via virtual meeting
