The updated registration details of the students who had sought admission to Semester-1 for Academic session-2021-22 for different UG courses are attached herewith the notification. The subjects mentioned in the list are final.

Important: The candidates, who do not find the registration number are hereby advised to reach the college office (Annex) with all the credentials immediately.

 

1. Copy of Higher Secondary Marksheet – (Good resolution and clean copy).
2. Copy of Madhyamik Marksheet – (Good resolution and clean copy).
3. Copy of Higher Secondary Admit Card – (Good resolution and clean copy).
4. Copy of Madhyamik Admit Card – (Good resolution and clean copy).
5. Passport size colour photograph.
6. Personal Id – Copy of Adhaar/PAN/School identity card (which was provided during online application for admission) – (Good resolution and clean copy).
7. Copy of Caste certificate (if applicable) – (Good resolution and clean copy).
8. Copy of Migration or Authentic Certificate (if applicable) – (Good resolution and clean copy).

Students are also advised to carry the original certificates for verification purposes only.

The college authority will not take any responsibility for the students who have not submitted the relevant documents in spite of repeated notifications.

Failure to submit the required documents in due time mentioned above may delay or non-issue of Registration by the University of Calcutta.

This notice should be treated very urgent.

 

The college reserves the right to modify the notice as may be required.
