This notice has been issued for the students who had taken admission during the academic session -2021-22 and are currently appearing for Semester – 2, B.A/B.Sc/B.Com(Hon/Gen/Maj) examination – 2022.

The students concerned are advised to fillup the google form attached here to provide the personal and academic details which will used for the purpose of issue of digitized ID card and for official record.

All the students are required to fill up the details by 7th of August 2022.

Pre-requisites

1. Scanned copy of registration certificate in PDF (max Size – 500KB).
2. Scanned copy of Semester-2 admit card in PDF (max Size – 500KB).
3. Scanned copy of SBI Collect Admission Fees Challan (Semester-1, Academic Session – 2021-22)  in PDF (max Size – 500KB).
4. Personal Photo with White background – Max size 1MB in JEPG format.
