You are requested to visit the undersigned for document verification & scholarship form submission for the following category on 03-02-2022(Thursday) between 4.00pm to 4.30pm.

1. Print Copy of the application form duly signed by the applicant.
2. Bank pass book with one photocopy of the front page.
3. Admission money receipt of the last semester.
4. Caste certificate (if any)
5. Disability certificate (if any)
6. Birth Certificate (or Admit Card of Madhyamik)
7. Any valid proof of income (as mentioned in the application)
8. All Mark sheets from 12^th
9. Any Valid Address proof
