Attention – 1st Semester – 2021 UG Provisionally admitted students-B.Com (Honours /General)

This notice has been issued for the students who have taken admission to the UG Courses offered by the college into Semester – 1, 2021 (B.Com (Honours/General).

Important: To enter the college premises students will be provided a temporary pass/ID and it should always be carried by the student and needed to be produced whenever is asked by the College officials at the entry gate (both at main and Annex campus).

To get the temporary pass/ID students are required to do the following;

Step 1: Get a Xerox Copy of the Admission Fees (SBI Collect Challan).

Step 2: Xerox your ID card (Aadhaar/School Id/Voter Id) on the back of the same page.

Step 3: Get a passport photo and paste it on the Xerox copy of the Admission challan.

Step 4: Approach the Counters in the Annex building which is at back side of main campus as per the given schedule below to get the temporary pass verified and stamped.

Step 5: Temporary pass/Id to be preserved until the issue of the original ID card by the college post-registration from the University of Calcutta.

Important & Note: Without the temporary pass student will not be allowed to enter the College premises.
